Meet your facilitators:
Tom Barlow is a certified professional coach (PCC) with
the ICF and a leadership trainer, specialising in intercultural
competence. He has lived in several cultures for over three
decades. Cultural intelligence is his passion.
He enjoys building bridges between people and helping
others engage with new ideas and concepts.
Lesley Rappillard is a certified professional coach (ACC) with
the ICF and a coaching trainer. Three important words
for me are Connection, Illumination and Transformation.
I love meeting new people and creating a supportive learning
environment for them. Since 2016, I've been coaching
international women, bringing them clarity and empowering
them to live out their calling and achieve their goals.
I've been training others to use coaching tools and become
professional coaches since 2019.
